Dancing Goat Coffee Roasters roasts at Mount Eliza in the Melbourne area, on the Mornington Peninsula. The roaster makes its coffee for milk drinks and also sells subscriptions. Every bean in stock is a single origin, with Indonesia and Colombia the most common sources. Mandheling is a medium dark natural from North Sumatra, with notes of forest floor, dark chocolate and cedar. Huila Supremo is from Huila, with lemon, berry and plum notes.
