We are very excited and proud to release this new blend, and it’s our favourite one yet!
This coffee produces a sweet and smooth cup with notes of stone fruit, caramel, almond, and chocolate. Some sweet biscuit flavours have also been noted.

Paying tribute to the street where it all began for us, and of course referencing the iconic music festival from 1969 by the same name. Woodstock Street in Mayfield West is where we roasted the first batch of Dark's Coffee, and it’s where we still roast all of our coffee to this day. This coffee produces a sweet and smooth cup with notes of stone fruit, caramel, almond, and chocolate. Some sweet biscuit flavours have also been noted.
The Woodstock is best brewed using the following recipe of dose, yield and time:
1:2 brew ratio (20g in for 40g out) over 30-32 seconds.
We’ve found by just tightening this up a little, we’re able to extract the richest flavour profile
