Adorsi was the first washing station Faysel Abdosh acquired in Yirgacheffe, drawn by its elevation and proximity to some of the region’s best cherry.

Set near Aricha, one of Yirgacheffe’s most recognized pockets, it receives coffee from ten neighbouring villages and processes each lot separately to preserve traceability and a distinct taste of place. High elevations, a cool climate and slower drying all do their part here, building clarity and complexity.

In the cup, orange, passionfruit, nectarine and bergamot are complemented by a sugarcane sweetness. Bright and juicy, this is the sort of washed Ethiopian coffee that made Yirgacheffe famous.

For larger items like coffee machines or grinders, a $29.95–$50 delivery fee applies.
