Gigante

Gigante roasts in Dingley Village, Victoria, and roasts daily for cafes and home drinkers across Australia. The roaster buys straight from farmers and sells wholesale packages. Half the beans are blends and half are single origins, and most can be brewed as espresso or filter. The Ethiopian single origins are anaerobic, such as Worka Sakaro GR1 with red wine, passionfruit and plum notes. Kindeng Mill is a natural from Papua New Guinea with red berries, dried mango and warm spice. Other roasters also sell coffee from Chelchele Station, Vergara Brothers and Kindeng Mill.
