First Harvest Coffee roasts in Highland Park, Queensland, and runs a micro-roastery and cafés on the Gold Coast. The roaster focuses on Philippine coffee alongside other origins, buys from farmers and puts proceeds towards orphanages and child welfare organisations. Half the beans in stock are blends and half are single origins, all roasted medium or medium light. The Single Origin Catimor comes from Sitio San Roque in Bukidnon, Philippines, a natural with red plum and cranberry notes. The Yirgacheffe Koke is an Ethiopian natural, roasted for filter, with bright citrus and ripe blueberries.
