Silipo Coffee

Silipo Coffee roasts in Southport on the Gold Coast, Queensland, and started in 2006. The roastery uses a 30kg Giesen roaster and sends coffee to cafés and home customers around Australia. Stock is mostly blends built from Colombian, Brazilian and Guatemalan coffees, with a few single origins from Ethiopia, Costa Rica and Colombia. Marrone Blend and Platino Blend are medium dark espresso roasts with chocolate and nut notes. Guji Shakisso Gigesa is a washed Ethiopian with honey, stone fruit, lime and floral notes.
