What Fonzie Abbott say
The San Juan del Rio Coco region is mountainous and ideal for growing coffee, where the high-altitude works in favour of the coffee cherries ripening. Procafe Coop processed this lot. The cooperative employs 165 people and supports the region's small-scale coffee growers empowering them to reach and compete in global markets. In the cup you will taste a full bodied coffee with notes of sweet dried apples, unrefined sugar and baker's cocoa. Enjoy it!
Origin(country/state/region or city): Nicaragua / San Juan del Rio Coco
