This is one of the first lots off Ricardo's new "micro mill" which he calls "La Central". Ricardo practices a clean production without pesticides, cares for the environment and definitely no water pollution. This isn't just good for the land, this breeds healthy trees and more flavorsome fruit. A wonderful coffee that will please even the most fussiest of drinkers.
