It buys under ethical policies covering labour practices, fair pricing and environmental impact, and it develops its coffees through extensive in-house testing. Mostly blends are on offer, with medium roasts the most common. Rockabilly Roast mixes Colombia, Ethiopia, Honduras and Papua New Guinea, with notes of butterscotch, candied berries and milk chocolate. Yirgacheffe is a natural Ethiopian single origin with stonefruit, blackcurrant, caramel and hazelnut notes. Zombiecaf is the decaf.
