KaapiKaapi Coffee Roasters is a Sydney wholesale roaster that buys from Central and South America, East Africa and Asia. Each origin goes through the drum on its own, in small weekly batches overseen by a Master Roaster. The beans in stock are mostly blends built for espresso, with Brazil and Ethiopia in almost every one. Snowy Mountains Blend is the lightest roast, with tropical fruits, white chocolate and roasted Brasil nuts. Victorian Alps is a medium dark roast with dark chocolate, caramel, floral and nutty notes. Huskies in Bikinis is a Colombian decaf with dark chocolate, pecan and sweet raisins.
