Latitude Coffee

Latitude Coffee is a micro roastery in North Lakes, Queensland, founded in 2018 by Henry Miller, who came from the UK. It roasts on Probat equipment and sells wholesale, private label and direct to customers across Australia. The roastery tastes and selects its beans before buying. Stock is split between blends and single origins, with coffees from Colombia, Kenya, Papua New Guinea, Ethiopia and Brazil. Gakundu AA is a washed Kenyan from the foothills of Mount Kenya, with notes of blackcurrant, jammy plum and nectarine. Other roasters also sell coffee from Finca Las Brisas and Wilson Mathias.
