First discovered in 1930 near Pederneiras, São Paulo, this natural mutation of Red Bourbon is prized for its intense aroma, elevated sweetness and lively citrus acidity when grown with care.

Ipé Amarelo Yellow Bourbon is sourced from small grower collectives across three standout regions—Alta Mogiana, Cerrado Mineiro and Sul de Minas. Cherries are hand and mechanically harvested as conditions allow, then carefully sorted, floated and patio-dried to optimal moisture.
