Sourced from smallholder farmers delivering to the Kiangai Factory within the Kibirigwi Cooperative, this lot represents the best of Kenya’s high‑elevation terroir. The Kiangai Factory is part of the Kibirigwi Farmers’ Cooperative Society, located in the heart of Kirinyaga — one of Kenya’s most celebrated coffee‑growing regions. Producers hand‑pick ripe cherries and deliver them daily for sorting, washing and drying under strict quality control.

The region’s volcanic soil, cool nights and high altitude contribute to the intense sweetness and acidity that define top‑grade Kenyan coffees.

Washed Processing Method
