The Origin Story

Kaffa is where coffee was discovered. In the forests of southwestern Ethiopia, between 1,400 and 2,100 meters of elevation, Arabica coffee first grew wild. That genetic cradle still produces some of the world's finest specialty coffee. This batch is washed processed, allowing the origin's clearest characteristics to shine through.

Aroma: Jasmine and Bergamot

Jasmine and bergamot hit you before the first sip. Floral, clean, almost tea-like. The washed process lets the origin speak without interference.

Palate: Apricot, Plum, Apple

Apricot and plum up front, followed by a gentle crisp apple brightness. The body is light but structured—this is specialty coffee clarity at its best.

Finish: Honey with a Whisper of Complexity

Honey with a whisper of ginger and a clove finish that lingers. Complex without being difficult.
