O'GaBee & Co Coffee Roastery roasts in Chermside, on Brisbane's Northside, and builds its own roast profiles for espresso, milk-based and filter brewing. Most of the beans are single origins, and a big share come from Huila in Colombia, many of them anaerobic lots. Jack Murat is a natural from Mareeba in Queensland, with notes of maple syrup, citrus and plum. Santa Monica Yeast Geisha is an anaerobic Brazilian with sweet brown sugar and dried fruit. Hacienda La Esperanza is a Colombian decaf with stewed stone fruit and dark caramel notes. Other roasters also sell coffee from Nestor Lasso and Hacienda La Esperanza.
