What Offshoot Coffee say
About the Producer
Thiago Corsi, together with his brothers Renato and Rodrigo, represents the fourth generation of coffee producers at Fazenda Rodomunho in Brazil's Cerrado Mineiro region.
While the family farm is known for producing exceptional specialty coffee, Thiago has become particularly recognised for his commitment to regenerative agriculture. Rather than focusing solely on productivity, he places significant emphasis on improving soil health, biodiversity and natural ecosystem resilience, helping create a more sustainable future for coffee production.
Through this philosophy, Thiago has become part of a new generation of Brazilian producers who are helping redefine perceptions of what Brazilian coffee can be.
About the Lot
This Gesha undergoes a carefully controlled process designed to enhance clarity and fruit complexity.
Cherries are selectively hand-picked at peak ripeness before being washed and sorted to remove lower-density fruit. The coffee then undergoes a slow cold fermentation at 17-18°C, allowing fruit and floral characteristics to develop gradually while maintaining balance and structure.
Following fermentation, the coffee is dried on raised beds, where consistent airflow supports even moisture reduction and flavour development.
The result is a beautifully expressive Gesha showcasing juicy Starfruit acidity, sweet Loquat character and vibrant Cranberry sweetness. The cup is lively and fruit-forward while retaining the smooth balance and elegance that make exceptional coffees so memorable.
