A BIT ABOUT THIS COFFEE
From the beautiful high slopes of Langbiang Mountain, Pat and Tam have produced a small lot of Anaerobic Natural coffee this season. Distinct from their washed and traditional natural coffees, this release highlights their continued exploration of processing methods, resulting in an anaerobic coffee that's surprisingly smooth and pleasant.
With only 120 kg produced this season, we're excited to share this rare coffee and hope you enjoy every cup.
WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT
A velvety milk chocolate mouthfeel sets the foundation of this cup, complemented by vanilla and a soft floral fruit note that shows as the cup cools, reminiscent of rambutan.
This is a smooth and sweet coffee with its flavour attributes sitting together in a balanced way. A beautifully approachable Anaerobic Natural coffee.

THE STORY
This coffee is a rare opportunity to experience a high-quality example of Vietnamese specialty coffee, built on the foundation of creating a sustainable and viable future for coffee farming.
Coffee farming is no easy task, yet Pat and Tam have continued to produce remarkable coffees from the beautiful slopes of Langbiang Mountain. Their farm reaches over 1,700m at its highest point, nestled alongside high-altitude forest where the cool year-round climate creates an ideal environment for producing distinctive specialty coffee.
Together with their K’Ho community, Pat and Tam have spent many years improving every aspect of growing, harvesting and processing. Through their dedication, they were able to move away from the commodity coffee production cycle 10 years ago and now produce consistently exceptional coffees year after year.
Over the past decade, we have built a strong relationship based on trust, collaboration and a shared passion for better coffee. Their coffee was the very first we imported from the 2016/2017 harvest, beginning with a single humble pallet that started the Old Quarter story.
