Red Parrot Coffee

Red Parrot Coffee is an Australian-owned roastery founded in 2014. It roasts in Islington, in the Newcastle area, and has roasted in Newcastle since its start, with roasters mentored by a Q Grader. Most of the beans in stock are blends, and roasts run from light to dark. Mullumbimby is a dark roasted Guatemalan single origin with notes of chocolate, nectarine, caramel and sweet malt. Colombian is a dark roasted single origin from Narino, with chocolate, toffee and a splash of honey.
