Rival Brothers roasts in Cheltenham, SA. The beans in stock are mostly single origins, with Colombia the most common country and others from Honduras, Brazil and Ethiopia. Banana Guava is a coffee from Tolima, with notes of chocolate, plum, red berries, guava and citrus. Yirgacheffe, from Ethiopia, has floral black tea with lemon, lime and honey notes and a peachy mid palate. Decaf Espresso is from Brazil, with dark chocolate and walnuts up front and molasses and malt to finish.
