Platino Blend

Platino is our award-winning flagship blend, receiving a Bronze Medal by some of the world’s best coffee judges at the Australian International Roasting Awards. Platino translated in Italian means “platinum” and that is exactly what this coffee blend is – the flavour of Silipo Coffee. It’s our most complex blend consisting of coffee beans from five different origins. The flavour is spiced fruit (fig and raisin) with a chocolate and nut flavoured finish. It is roasted medium to dark to keep its full flavour profile whilst still having the ability to cut through milk. This blend is good for milk-based coffees.
