Southern Roasting Co. roasts in Manjimup, WA. It started in 2016 as a garage operation and grew into a roastery with a flagship cafe that serves food. Southern Roasting Co. also backs local community events and businesses. The beans are half blends and half single origins, from Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia and beyond. Hush Hush is a blend of Indonesian, Nicaraguan and Papua New Guinean coffees with notes of stone fruit, dark chocolate and malt. Wildwood is a medium roast natural blend of Brazil and Ethiopia with maple, hazelnut and floral notes.
