What Toby's Estate Coffee say

How would you like to buy your Frisna Collective, Indonesia 200g?

The Frisna Collective centres around Wildan Mustofa's family estate in West Java, where neighbouring producers bring their coffee to be processed alongside Frinsa's own harvest. Wildan oversees the agricultural and processing side of the business, while his wife Atieq handles contracts and their son Fikri does the cupping.

This natural leans brighter than many Indonesian coffees. It's fruit-forward but controlled, with a coating finish that lingers long after the last sip. Drink it fresh for vibrant fruit or give it a little time and you'll find even more sweetness and roundness in the cup.

Our coffee grid is designed to help you quickly find the perfect coffee for your taste

At Toby's, we've developed a tasting tool called "THE GRID". This measures the intensity of the four key attributes found in espresso: acidity, flavour, finish, and mouthfeel.

Each coffee and blend is assigned an intensity level for each attribute and it must hit this level before it can be released for sale. Our confidence in this program comes from having a fixed recipe for each coffee, allowing us to understand and taste any changes
