Processed using Hypoxia Carbonic Maceration, a carefully controlled low-oxygen fermentation with added CO₂, this coffee delivers outstanding clarity and complexity. In the cup, expect juicy notes of green grape, poached pear and apple, balanced by a bright tropical acidity, refined sweetness, and a clean, lingering finish.
