What Todo Good Coffee say
Guadalupe, Huila, Colombia
Plum • Honey • Black tea
Processing: Washed
Guadalupe is a small municipality of Huila, located along the skirts of the Eastern Cordillera of Colombia. Since its foundation, there has been a very strong catholic influence, hence the name dedicated to the Guadalupe Virgen Mary. Coffee is grown in the highlands that surround the town. The weather and elevation are ideal for growing exceptional coffee.
Even though producers in Guadalupe are very traditional in the way they grow coffee, having learned from their parents and grandparents, they are also committed to improving certain processes to improve the sustainability within the environment. Some of them have even achieved the Rainforest Certification. Elevation: 1,200 – 2,000 MASL. Varieties: Caturra, Colombia, Castillo.
Responsibly sourced and imported by Caravela Coffee.
