Underground Coffee Roasters roasts in Penrith, in the Sydney area, and started in 2015. The roaster buys through direct trade with growers, builds custom roast profiles for each bean and roasts to order. Stock is mostly blends, with a few single origins from Ethiopia, Colombia and Nicaragua. Watermelon Punch is a light roast blend of Colombian and Ethiopian coffees for filter, with notes of watermelon, mandarin and honey. Koke G1 is a light roast natural from Yirgacheffe, with orange and red apple notes. La Pola is the decaf.
