The Monsooned Malabar is a very distinct coffee with a unique process and is known for its flavour.

After harvest & processing beans from all over central India, they are transported and stored in aerated warehouses on the Malabar coast. These warehouses allow the warm & humid winds of the monsoon season to circulate around the beans. As the beans are turned and raked by hand, they absorb moisture from the air which swells the bean and reduces acidity. The end result is a smooth coffee with low acidity and a very distinct flavour.

We believe that through this one of a kind blend, a balance is achieved that allows the Monsooned beans to express its distinct flavour without overpowering the palate.
