Wagonga Coffee

Wagonga Coffee is a family-owned roaster in Mitchell, in the Canberra area. The family took over a roasting business with 25 years behind it in 2024, and Wagonga keeps a Saturday stall at the Capitol Region Farmer's Market. Mostly single origins fill the shelf, from Colombia, Ethiopia, Brazil, Indonesia and Timor-Leste. Limu from Ethiopia is a medium light roast with dark chocolate, floral lift and a tea-like body. Colombian Decaffeinated is a medium roast with vanilla shortbread and treacle notes.
