Walcha Coffee

Walcha Coffee is based in Walcha, NSW, and began with roasting at home before moving to commercial production. The beans are roasted by a contract roastery in Sydney that holds food safety certification. Walcha Coffee also teaches cafes and retail customers about brewing methods and where beans come from. Everything on offer is a blend. Thunderbolt's Blend pairs Brazil with Colombia in a dark espresso roast, with chocolate sweetness and a mineral sparkle. Nat Buchanan's Blend draws on Brazil, Ethiopia and Papua New Guinea, with stonefruit sweetness and bright citrus acidity.
