Our most versatile blend, used in our own cafes and supplied to cafes across Sydney.
Developed as an espresso roast, but works beautifully for filter brewing.
Espresso brew formula 50-45% (e.g 18gms coffee IN : 36 gms coffee OUT). Filter brew ratio 1:16 - 1:17
The OG. This blend was designed for our first cafe, Cabrito Coffee Traders, in Bulletin Place, Sydney. Constructed to cut-through in milk based coffees, and taste wonderful as a black espresso coffee also!
