Wood Fired Coffee

Wood Fired Coffee roasts in Brookvale, on Sydney's Northern Beaches. Small batches go through a custom-built roaster fired with hardwood from responsible sources. Most of the beans in stock are blends, including Brookvale Blend, which mixes Brazilian, Ethiopian and Indian coffees with notes of tropical fruit, dark berries and stone fruit. Bearded Barista is a medium roast blend with dark chocolate and hazelnut notes. The Decaf is a single origin from Chiapas, Mexico, with notes of nutty dark chocolate and orange toffee.
