We begin with a highly regarded Colombian coffee, then use the natural Mountain Water Process, where pure glacial meltwater from Mexico's highest peak, Pico de Orizaba, gently removes 99.9% of the caffeine through osmosis. No chemicals. No shortcuts.

By preserving the coffee's natural characteristics throughout the process, Rainfall delivers a cup with remarkable depth, balance and flavour, proving that a truly outstanding decaf is no longer impossible.

The Mountain Water process removes 99.9% of the caffeine but preserves the Colombia's intense black tea, lemon and warm spice flavours. Decaffeination often robs a coffee of more than just caffeine.
