Ageyo Coffee

Ageyo Coffee roasts in Collingwood, in the Inner North of Melbourne, and runs a café there. Daniel and Soliana founded it and began roasting in 2020. Ageyo Coffee buys straight from Ethiopian farmers, including those in Daniel's family village of Ageyo. Koombi is a blend of Ethiopian, Guatemalan and Salvadoran coffee, with notes of dark cherry, caramel and chocolate. Alaka is a natural from Guji in Ethiopia, with notes of plum reduction, black forest cake and blackberry. Other roasters also sell coffee from Gizaw Alemayehu.
