Bromelias

This Bromelias lot is a product of Finca Terrazas, a farm managed by the Vides family. Jorge Vides founded his farm is 1958 at La Bolsa, high in the mountains of La Libertad, Huehuetenango. The family now manages several farms and is committed to high end production. This coffee is fermented for 36 hours then depulped, followed by a rest for 48 hours to continue fermenting. It is then washed and finally pushed through sorting channels to remove any floating beans- a meticulous quality control process. The result is a coffee of complexity and clean, sweet flavours of grape, toffee and shortbread
