Assembly Store

Assembly Store is a coffee and tea shop in Carlton, Melbourne, that opened in 2013. Assembly Store roasts weekly and buys from sources with fair trading terms, paying above commodity prices. East Asian teas and brewing equipment sit alongside the coffee. Most of the beans are single origins from Colombia, Brazil and Ethiopia, and Koye is a washed Yirgacheffe with apple pie, brown sugar and peach notes. Decaf de Caña is a Huila decaf tasting of smooth milk chocolate and sweet juicy fruits. Other roasters also sell coffee from Mustefa Abalulessa.
