Black Velvet Coffee Roasters roasts in Melbourne and was founded by Darren and Jackie Silverman. Half the beans in stock are blends and half are single origins, with most roasted to a medium level. Single origins come from seven countries, including Ethiopia, Rwanda and Costa Rica. Yirgacheffe Aricha Gr1 is a medium light Ethiopian with jasmine, citrus, stone fruit and honey notes. Premium Espresso Blend is the decaf, roasted medium for espresso.
