Ethiopian Halo Berti Yirgacheffe – Special Prep Natural (Medium Roast)

Sweet • Balanced • Approachable

Experience the unmistakable character of Ethiopian coffee in a beautifully balanced medium roast. Our Ethiopian Halo Berti Yirgacheffe – Special Prep Natural has been carefully roasted to soften the vibrant citrus and delicate florals typically found in light roasted Ethiopian coffees, creating a sweeter, fuller-bodied cup that's incredibly smooth and easy to enjoy.

Freshly roasted in Brisbane, this premium single origin coffee showcases the exceptional quality of Ethiopia's renowned Yirgacheffe region while delivering a more approachable flavour profile. Expect notes of milk chocolate, ripe stone fruit, soft citrus, and gentle floral sweetness, all wrapped in a silky body with a clean, lingering finish.

Brewno Notes

Our Medium Roast Halo Berti is designed for coffee lovers who want to experience the famous flavours of Ethiopian coffee in a smoother, more approachable style. By extending the roast slightly, we've developed greater body and chocolate sweetness while gently softening the vibrant citrus and floral notes found in our Light Roast.

Freshly roasted in Morayfield, North Brisbane, every batch is roasted in small quantities to preserve freshness while creating a coffee that's equally enjoyable as espresso, milk-based coffee or filter.

If you're new to Ethiopian coffee, this is where we'd recommend starting. Once you've fallen in love with the origin, our Light Roast version offers an even brighter, more floral expression of the same exceptional coffee.
