What Bun Coffee say

Balanced sweet flavour with caramel, buttery, berry notes and full body

In this area, the home of Wallenford Farm, Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee has been cultivated for over 250 years. Wallenford Estate coffees are notable for a well-balanced cup, an excellent full-body, refined mild taste with a slightly sweet finish. The coffee is almost creamy, with a complex taste characterised by chocolate highlights, epitomising the unique and rich textures ofhigh-quality coffees in Jamaica.

These beans were grown in the parish of St. Andrew in the world-famous Jamaica Blue Mountains. What makes the Jamaica Blue Mountains such an ideal location for coffee production is their rich volcanic soil, cool climate and high rainfall, which all combine to produce a perfect environment for the arabica typica bean to flourish.

Certified by the Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee Industry Board. Matthew Wallen, a Captain in the British Navy, sailed into Jamaica in 1746 and, soon after, pursued his greater passion as a Botanist. Dedicated to his craft, he recorded over 400 varieties of ferns and grew coffee in the Blue Mountains. In this area, the home of Wallenford® Farm, dedicated farmers have cultivated Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee for over 250 years.
