When Yolan Tirta founded his mill in 2016, he wasn't just thinking about his own coffee. He wanted to help neighbouring farmers improve quality, earn more from their harvests and showcase the potential of South Sulawesi coffee.

Today, a network of mini mills and drying stations supports producers across the region, connecting local farming communities with specialty coffee markets around the world. This coffee is one small example of what can happen when quality, collaboration and opportunity come together.
