What Conway Coffee say
Background: Located on the western slope of the San Salvador volcano its soil is one of the most fertile in the country. With altitudes ranging from 500 metres up to 2,365 metres, this is one of the most renowned coffee growing regions of El Salvador. This region includes some of the country’s larger, more well-known farms. Only the ripest of cherries qualify for this specific cup. Consistently produces a clean and round cup.Taste notes: Our El Salvador coffee beans bring a lively citrus acidity coupled with a great sweetness. Almond, soft cherry, honey, raisin with a light chocolaty flavour. Berries, caramel, toffee with residual sweetness. Rich and intense, medium, and creamy. Darker roasts will eliminate the sweeter tones and accentuate flavours of dark chocolate. The cup has well balanced acidity and delicate body. Smooth and extremely easy to drink cup but a bit mild for some.Roasting notes: We roast these El Salvador Llamatepec specialty coffee beans at a medium level to fully develop the great cupping characteristics of this coffee.
