What DETOUR Coffee Roasters say

A washed Colombian coffee produced by Women ASMUCAFE, a women-led association of farmers and landowners in Cauca working collectively to improve livelihoods through coffee. Grown at elevations of 1400–2000 MASL, ripe Castillo and Colombia cherries are carefully selected and undergo a distinctive double fermentation before washing and slow drying, a process designed to build sweetness and texture. Expect sweet chocolate and caramel flavours, lifted by a clean note of apricot that keeps the cup balanced and easy to enjoy. A dependable, well-rounded coffee that delivers comfort and flavour without needing explanation.
