What DETOUR Coffee Roasters say
EA Decaf de Caña is a washed Colombian coffee from smallholder farms in Huila, grown at 1400–2000 MASL and gently decaffeinated using naturally derived ethyl acetate from sugarcane. The process removes caffeine while preserving sweetness and flavour, resulting in a cup that still feels complete and satisfying. Expect notes of toffee and brown sugar, with soft stone fruit and fresh red grape adding brightness without sharpness. A decaf that drinks like real coffee — full of flavour, not an afterthought.
Does EA Decaf de Cana taste different from regular coffee?
Not at all. You’ll still taste the vibrant fruit and caramel sweetness, just without the caffeine buzz.
It shines in pour-over, Aeropress, or filter brews, but you can enjoy it any way you like your regular coffee.
