Disciple Roasters

Disciple Roasters roasts in Brunswick, in Melbourne's Inner North, and works with coffee producers through seasonal relationships. The roaster favours minimal processing and runs a cellar door where black coffees are open for tasting and retail purchase. Stock is mostly blends, including Zen Blend, with notes of chocolate, cookies and cream, cherry ripe and caramel. Fazenda Bom Jesus is a natural single origin from Alta Mogiana, Brazil, with notes of milk chocolate, toffee and orange.
