Wood and Co Coffee

Wood and Co Coffee roasts in Brunswick, in Melbourne's Inner North, and has been there since 2015. The roaster buys from producers in Ethiopia, Kenya, Colombia and El Salvador. Stock is a mix of blends and single origins from Indonesia, Ethiopia, Colombia and El Salvador. Banko Gotiti is a washed Ethiopian from Gedeb with floral, sweet and juicy notes. El Roble is a washed El Salvador with apple jam and creamy peanut butter notes. A Colombian decaf from Pitalito carries orange cake and dark malt. Other roasters also sell coffee from Banko Gotiti washing station and Asman Gayo Mill.
