First Batch Coffee Roasters roasts in Noosaville, on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, and started in 2015. Roasting happens on a fluid bed air system that logs traceable roast profiles. Ruvumu Hill is a washed Burundi with notes of brown sugar, caramel and mixed citrus. Ipê Amarelo is a natural Brazil with milk chocolate and sweet cherry. Popayan is a decaf from Colombia.
