Little Cove Coffee

Little Cove Coffee is a family business that roasts small batches in Cooroy, in the Noosa hinterland. Most of what it sells is blends built from Colombian, Guatemalan and Ethiopian coffees, with some from Papua New Guinea, Brazil and Peru. Trade Winds combines Ethiopian, Guatemalan and Peruvian coffees, with notes of nectarine, cooked currants and toasted almonds. Santa Rosa Ayarza is a washed Guatemalan single origin with stone-fruit and red apple notes, and Fakie is a Colombian decaf with caramel and cane sugar notes. Other roasters also sell coffee from Lima Coffee and Foge.
