What Fox Coffee say
Decaf Mexico. All the coffee. None of the ceiling staring.
Sourced from the high-altitude growing regions of Mexico — between 1,200 and 1,800 metres above sea level — and decaffeinated using the glacier water process. In the cup you get toffee, dark chocolate and glacé cherry, with a rich body and a finish that's clean, indulgent and thoroughly satisfying.
No compromise. Just proper coffee that lets you sleep at night.
Yes. Deep, dark and chocolatey — roasted to sit right in that sweet spot Fox does best. The toffee sweetness and glacé cherry lift it just enough to keep things interesting. Most people wouldn't pick it as decaf.
Using the glacier water process — a clean, chemical-free method that uses pure glacier water to gently remove caffeine while keeping the flavour locked in. The buzz leaves. Everything else stays.
We roast this decaf with the same care as every Fox coffee — five days a week, dispatched daily. Every bag is stamped with the roast date, because fresh coffee is good coffee. Decaf or not.
Pick your brew method at checkout and we'll grind to suit. Espresso grind works for most machines, stovetops and plungers.
High-altitude Mexican coffee, carefully decaffeinated using a premium water process — it takes more to make it right, and we're not cutting corners. What you get is a decaf worth drinking.
Mexican Decaf works beautifully for espresso, moka pot, plunger and even stronger filter brews. Make a late night flat white, an afternoon long black or a decaf mocha without feeling like you are missing out
