Freelance Roasting roasts in Townsville, Queensland. Most of what Freelance has in stock is blends built from Brazil, Colombia, Papua New Guinea and Nicaragua. Metropolis pairs Brazil and Colombia, with notes of brown sugar sweetness and juicy stone fruit. The O.G. blends Brazil with Papua New Guinea and tastes of caramel, dark chocolate and raisins. Freelance also sells a decaf single origin from Cauca, Colombia. Other roasters also sell coffee from El Indio.
