Black Silk is a luxurious dark roast, blended from four specialty coffees, each chosen for its distinct character: a citrussy Colombian, a chocolatey Indian, a stone-fruity Costa Rican, and a tropical PNG sourced directly from our friends at Kongo Coffee in Simbu. Unlike our brighter roasts that celebrate vibrant acidity, Black Silk embraces a classic Italian-style profile: low in acidity but rich in dark chocolate, brown toffee, and liquorice notes. Bold yet beautifully balanced, it’s deeply satisfying with no sharp edges—just pure silk.
