Kawazamurabe

Kawazamurabe – meaning “coffee raises farmers” – is a cooperative of smallholder producers in Burundi’s Bururi province, focused on lifting quality and income through shared infrastructure and careful processing. At high altitude, this washed Bourbon single origin coffee is hand‑sorted, fermented in tanks and dried on raised beds, resulting in a sweet, structured cup with ripe apricot, dark chocolate depth and caramel sweetness, freshly roasted in Western Sydney for espresso and filter brews at home.
