Granja Paraiso

Nestled at nearly 2000 metres above sea level in the mountainous Cauca region of Colombia, Granja Paraiso 92 is a family farm renowned for the meticulous and experimental methods of its owner, Wilton Benitez. The coffee has been farmed, picked and processed with delicate precision, anaerobically fermented and then washed to bring out the rich vibrant fruity notes.

We have kept this roast fairly light, retaining the flavours unique to the farm and region, resulting in a rich, sweet, juicy cup with notes of yellow nectarine, honey and mandarin with a light floral tea finish.
